Heyward Realty was set up by Lydia Heyward. Lydia developed her business concept after many years experience both as a Sales Person and Senior Manager and Business owner with a nationwide Real Estate organisation.

She has established her own Real Estate and Property Consultancy business dedicated to providing professional, friendly and committed service without major overheads.

Her vision is to ensure these savings are reflected in lower commission fees. Commissions were not to be “set scale” but instead individually developed and agreed with the vendors for each specific property. She wanted a win/win/win situation for all parties – sellers/ buyers/ agents.

The success of her foresight has been proven with the Sales Team now increasing and achieving a high volume of property sales. They work together offering personal service whilst building long term relationships with their clients.
